The 2024 CABA 18u Metal World Series is a “Stay to Play” event, meaning ALL teams requiring overnight lodging must use only approved host properties, and all rooms are to be booked through Team Inn and Hit and Run, Inc. Teams will be contacted by the Tournament Director upon registration to go over appropriate accommodations for each team, with teams expected to make group reservations within 30 days of registration. All players and families must use approved host hotels only. Rooming list to be provided to Tournament Director before tournament start.
***The lodging requirements will be well enforced and any team found in violation will be removed from the event with no refund given. Our hotel sponsors help in keeping the entry fees at an acceptable level and we appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
***All coaches have been advised of this policy and agree to these terms upon acceptance to the tournament.
